1. Information We Collect

Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. We only store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID to manage your billing status.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your monitoring data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in secured PostgreSQL databases. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
- Secure authentication via JWT tokens and OAuth2
- Role-based access controls ensuring users can only access their own data
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Third-Party Services

When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems, including your projects, monitors, check history, incidents, and alerts. This deletion is irreversible.
